That is the preview. As soon as you install, Alt Text King generates sample alt text for five of your products so you can see the quality of the output before committing — nothing is written to your store at that stage.
Your full catalogue is only processed once you turn on the Master switch. If you have activated the app and still only see a handful of results, the run is likely still in progress — check the Pending count on your home page.
