No. The app only writes the alt text field on your product images.
It does not rename your image files, change SKUs, alter product titles or descriptions, or add any code to your storefront. There is no app embed, no theme extension and no script — so it cannot affect how your store loads or looks.
It also only touches images in the media section of your products. Theme images, blog post images and page images are outside its scope.
